Mobile Medical Response, Inc. (MMR) provides emergency and non-emergency services to 15 counties throughout the State of Michigan.  Services include; ambulance and wheelchair transportation, emergency medical management contracts, state-of-the-art medical dispatch capabilities through the MMR MEDCOM Dispatch Center, and two high-tech maintenance centers staffed with master mechanics and technicians that successfully keep MMR vehicles in premium condition 24/7.

The MMR Education Department is an integral part of our success. MMR Education offers excellent initial EMT and Paramedic Programs, Specialty Courses and Refreshers, and Continuing Education Credits (CEs) monthly. MMR Education is proud to be one of three education centers to host testing for the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians.

MMR not only provides non-profit transport and education services, our profit-arm Mercy Sales & Services (MSS) is the exclusive dealer of Marque and Osage Ambulances, as well as Accubuilt Wheelchair Vans.  MSS operates out of a contemporary 11,000-square-foot facility in Mt.Pleasant dedicated to providing remount and rechassis services specific to each and every client’s needs.

  • Please click on Current Openings to view our available jobs.
  • You may check the status of your application online at any time by logging in to the system. Please refrain from calling about open positions, hiring status, or the status of your application.
  • Applicants must review the minimum qualifications and required licenses and/or certifications, as listed on the job description, prior to submitting an application. Applicants must also be aware that post-offer drug screens and background checks are required for all positions at MMR. Post-offer physical examinations and agility tests are required of all EMT-B, EMT-Paramedic, and Maintenance (Mechanic, Vehicle Transportation Technician, Equipment Technician) positions.
  • Applications will be kept active for a period of time of no more than six months. You will receive an email or a call within a reasonable period of time informing you of the status of your application. If you are declined, you may re-apply at any time.
  • Due to the nature of our business, applicants must be willing to work 12 hour shifts or longer. Part-time/Occasional employees must work a minimum of 24 hours per month. All employees must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays. Flexibility in schedule is a basic qualification of employment.
  • You must be over 18 years of age to apply.
